We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau Islands, Federated States of Micronesia and Marshall Islands. No hassle carriers

All purchases made through www.lightupcamp.com will be shipped by FedEx or UPS ground shipping. 

Processing time

All processed orders will dispatch within 48 hours or more from Monday to Friday. Please see our Holiday Schedule for more details. All items are shipped from our warehouse in California via FedEx or UPS free shipping, usually delivers between 7-14 business days. If you have not received your order in a reasonable time frame, please contact us.

Order confirmation & tracking

Once your order is successfully processed, an order confirmation email will be sent to you. After the carrier scans your order, another shipping confirmation email with the relevant tracking number will be sent out.

Holiday schedule

Our carriers observe holidays such as New Year’s Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and more, so please account for these dates when ordering. During peak seasons, shipping may be delayed by 2-3 business days. For any concerns, please reach out to us.
