We want to be sure you’re as happy with your LightUpCamp gear as we are. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer no-hassle returns within 30 days of purchase on unused, resalable products purchased, provided it is unused and still in its original packaging.You are responsible for any loss of the parcel or loss of the parcel after delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the following criteria must be met:

• All returns must be related to a lightupcamp.com order
• All merchandise must be unused and undamaged and returned in its original packaging.
• All returns must be processed through our Returns portal within 30 days of original purchase.You will pay for all return costs after 30 days
• LightUpCamp does not accept returns of discount products for non-quality reasons.
• If the item is marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, it cannot be exchanged , refunded or warranty.
• Replacement part orders placed with our Consumer Services Department cannot be returned for a refund or an exchange.

To start a return

Please email your order number & photos of the item in its original state to support@lightupcamp.com.

Email must include the following:

• LightUpCamp Order Number
• Purchase date
• List of requested return item(s)

Our customer service team will reply within 24 hours year round.

Once approved, we will email you a prepaid return label via email and initiate a full refund within 7 business days of receiving the returned item. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.You can track the return item via the return label provided.

Please note:

• Except in cases where the return is the result of an error by LightUpCamp or the item arrives damaged or defective, you are responsible for all return shipping costs.
• We will refund the full order amount of the products purchased. For returns, we do not refund shipping costs to the customer (particularly if incurred for express or international shipments).

Warranty policy

How long is the warranty period?

LightUpCamp warrants to the original purchaser that the Product(s) shall be free of any defect in material or workmanship for a period of one year for labor and one year for parts from the date of the original order except the items listed below:

Chargers,Batteries and Other Accessories: 3 months warranty

Should the Product(s) supplied by LightUpCamp prove defective because of improper workmanship or material as reasonably determined by us, LightUpCamp agrees, at its option, to either repair or replace the Product free of charge, excluding any shipping or handling charges.

This warranty extends only to personal use & does not extend to any product that has been used for commercial use, rental use, or use which is not intended. There are no warranties other than expressly set forth herein.

The warranty does not apply to the following:

• Damage due to user negligence, accidents, dis-assembly, waterlog, misuse, abuse, alterations or vandalism.
• Improper or inadequate maintenance.
• Failure to perform required preventive maintenance
• use not following the ‘User Guide’ or any additional safety, use, or warnings included in the product materials.
• Unauthorized modification or commercial use.
• Damage in return transit.
• Unsupervised use by children under 18 years of age.
• Accidents, abuse, misuse, improper installation, problems with electrical power, acts of third parties.
• Products that are altered or repaired by anyone not authorized by LightUpCamp,usage not following instructions accompanying the Product(s)
• Failure to perform required preventive maintenance Weather conditions, lightning, fire, water, or any acts of nature
• Furthermore, LightUpCamp is not liable for incidental or consequential damages of any nature resulting from the use of this product and any liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.
